AGM 2020 Election Rules

Dear Bali Hash 2 Members as you may know, the AGM will be this coming January 4th 2020, just 1 week away.  IN AN EFFORT TO SMOOTH THE TRANSITION TO THE NEW COMMITTEE, WE ARE ASKING FOR A VOLUNTEER TO HARE ON JANUARY 18^th.

The following are the rules of the road for this AGM:

• Nominations for Hash Master
  • Hash Master nominations to be declared and seconded by fellow Bali Hash 2 members 1 week prior to the vote (i.e., no later than the 28^th of December 2019)
  • Nominees for Hash Master must not be an active Committee member of another kennel
  • Nominees for Hash Master must have been a Bali Hash 2 Member for a minimum of 2 years
  • Nominees for Hash Master should have prior Bali Hash 2 Committee experience
• Election Process
  • Members of record with Bali Hash 2 are eligible to vote, visitors and virgins are not eligible to vote
  • Pre-printed ballots will be available with the names of the candidates prior to the run
  • Active out-of-country members can vote in advance via email
    • We will use the hash cash roster to develop the list of eligible voters
  • The candidates can give a 3-5 minutes speech if they want about their interest in becoming the Bali Hash 2 Hash Master before the vote
  • The Chair of the Election (Serial Offender) will oversee the vote with an administrative assistant
  • Once voting is complete, the Chair will tally and count the votes which will be validated by the Committee
  • All members of the club will be notified of the election results before the run
  • Start the Run
  • Current Hash Master will hand over to the new Hash Master when the circle starts

• Nominasi untuk Hash Master
  • Nominasi Hash Master akan dinyatakan dan diperbantukan oleh sesama anggota Bali Hash 2 1 minggu sebelum pemungutan suara (yaitu, paling lambat tanggal 28 Desember 2019)
  • Calon Master Hash tidak boleh menjadi anggota Komite aktif dari klub lain
  • Calon Master Hash harus menjadi Anggota Bali Hash 2 selama minimal 2 tahun
  • Calon Master Hash harus memiliki pengalaman Komite Bali Hash 2 sebelumnya
• Proses Pemilihan
  • Anggota dengan Bali Hash 2 memenuhi syarat untuk memilih, pengunjung dan perawan tidak berhak untuk memilih
  • Surat suara yang sudah dicetak akan tersedia dengan nama-nama kandidat sebelum pencalonan
  • Anggota luar negeri yang aktif dapat memberikan suara di muka melalui email
    • Kami akan menggunakan daftar kas hash untuk mengembangkan daftar pemilih yang memenuhi syarat
  • Para kandidat dapat memberikan pidato 3-5 menit jika mereka mau untuk menjadi Hash 2 Hash Master Bali sebelum pemungutan suara
  • Ketua Pemilihan Umum (Serial Offender) akan mengawasi pemilihan dengan asisten administrasi
  • Setelah pemungutan suara selesai, Ketua akan menghitung dan yang akan divalidasi oleh Komite
  • Semua anggota klub akan diberitahu tentang hasil pemilihan sebelum pertandingan
  • Mulai Jalankan
  • Master Hash saat ini akan menyerahkan ke Master Hash baru ketika lingkaran dimulai
