This year Bali Hash House Harriers 2 takes us to Nusa Penida for the 73TH Indonesian Merdeka run. This will be a great event which also includes the Birthday Run for our Hash Master Muddy Man.  We will travel by Fast Boat to Nusa Penida on the SEMAYA ONE from Serangan Harbour to Nusa Penida for the run and party on Saturday and return to Serangan Sunday at around 2 pm.  Don’t miss this special event and make sure to reserve your seat now.

Next weeks run number 1381 will be in Tenganan, start at 15h30 there will be food and t shirts.  The run site is at Pesedahan, Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem and is approximately 47 KM from Patung Titi Banda, East Denpasar via Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai so leave yourself plenty of time to get there as the run also starts a half hour earlier than normal.

Come walk or run with us along one of two scenic trails around Goa Gajah.  Featuring a Short trail ~6K and Long trial ~10K, enjoy some American style food, free flow Bintang beer and assorted soft drinks.  We will also have a lively hash circle with great friends starting at 6PM and lasting until it ends.

(sometimes spelled Temoekoes)

This is a special run located up North in Bali just west of Lovina in celebration of Victor “Nightjar” Mason’s 80th Birthday.  Seeing as how it’s about a 3 hour drive (approximately 90 km from Denpasar) to get there (and so presumably something like a 3 hour drive to get back), we do not advise you try to drive there and back on Saturday.

So if you are going, it would be advisable to make some sort of arrangements for overnight accommodation. That being said, there are a number of accommodations in and around the HQ at Hotel Pantai Mas so it should not be too much of a drama to make arrangements, but time is running out.

There will be a Great Run, of course, followed by a Great Circle, followed by a Great Birthday party for the Great Grand Master of Bali hash House Harriers 2.
