Ok listen up. The run tomorrow will be an unbelievable excursion in Paradise! The long will be a runners run … 12 KM flat, rice paddies, some shiggy a couple river crossings. If you like good runs, the LONG RUN is for you.

The Short will be a lovely 5.5 KM of beautiful stroll through the rice terraces of Bali, nothing extreme just a great day out having an enjoyable afternoon in paradise, finished off with a great circle with good friends and draft Bintang beer.

What more could ya ask for?
